Purpose
This knowledge base article outlines the standard process for downloading generated activation files after client files have been processed on our end or after the client has completed testing in the Stage Environment.
This process ensures that the Tier 1 Support Team can properly retrieve and provide the generated activation files requested by clients.
Support Request Source
Clients such as Nova Scotia Power (NSP) or other supported clients may raise a Zendesk ticket requesting assistance in retrieving the generated activation files from the Stage environment.
These files may be requested:
After the client completes testing
