These responses are automatically returned when supported reserved keywords are received by the messaging number.
Carrier Compliance
For hosted numbers, keyword management requires the applicable connection to have Enforce Opt-Out enabled. Toll-Free messaging providers also enforce network-level STOP and UNSTOP processing that cannot be disabled.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Possible Cause | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| Unable to locate a messaging code. | Incorrect account, connection, or search criteria. | Verify search filters and use Format Codes when searching multiple numbers. |
| Campaign ID is missing. | Number has not been assigned to a campaign. | Confirm campaign provisioning before sending production traffic. |
| Messages are not being delivered. | Provider, routing, or provisioning issue. | Verify Provider, ESPID, Number Publisher status, and Campaign ID. |
