Tracking Performance with the Reports Module

A complete guide to viewing campaign analytics and generating detailed delivery reports.

Overview

The Reports module is your central location for tracking the success of your communications. You can use this dashboard to view high-level performance charts, search for individual recipient statuses, and export granular data files for deeper analysis.

Step-by-Step Guide

Locate Your Campaign: Select Reports from the left-hand navigation menu. Use the "Created after" and "Created before" date filters, or the search bar, to find the specific campaign you want to review in the Recent Campaigns list.
View Visual Analytics: Click on the campaign name to open its performance dashboard. Here you will see visual breakdowns of your delivery statuses (e.g., delivered vs. failed pie charts) and a searchable recipient list on the right side.

Note: If your campaign was recently launched, you may see a warning indicating that delivery receipts are still processing. Click the REFRESH button in the top right to update the numbers.
Generate a Detailed Report: To download the raw data, click the small cloud/download icon located next to the campaign's name in the left-hand menu. This will open the "Report Files" window. Expand the relevant section (e.g., Campaign Report File) and click the + (Generate Report) button.
Download the File: Once the system finishes processing the data, the status will change from "Not Generated" to "Ready to Download," and a timestamp will appear. Click the Download icon (downward arrow) to proceed.
Access Your Data: The platform will securely export the data to your computer as a .csv file. You can open this file using Excel, Google Sheets, or any other standard spreadsheet software to review your complete delivery logs.
