This guide provides comprehensive instructions for using the TextBlue (TXT29-1-1) web portal SMS-to-9-1-1 application.

Overview

This guide covers how to manage emergency SMS sessions across Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs). Call Takers will learn to use Language Assist, request locations via Web Rebid, handle MMS, and start live video streams. Supervisors will learn to generate reports, configure canned messages, and manage users.

Important Note

Portal access requires connecting from your PSAP's configured IP subnet. Role permissions apply: Call Takers access only the Text Chat module, while Supervisors have full administrative and reporting access.
