How to create users for Outageinfo.com

How to Create Users in Outageinfo.com
 
To create users in Outageinfo.com, you'll need admin access to the specific client account.
Please reach out to Mike Orellana to get admin access.
 
Once you have admin access: 

• Go to Users.
• Click Create Users.

 
After clicking Create Users, click Next.
A pop-up window will appear. Please fill in all the required details. Once you click next, you'll see the pop-up window where you can enter the information.
 

 
After entering the details and clicking Next, you'll see the user details along with the password.
 

 
Make sure to save the username and password so you can share them with the user via email.
Once you've saved the details, click Finish.
The user will be created successfully.

• Use a similar process by clicking Modify Users, Reset Password, Delete User, or Browse Users as needed.
